The pressure to be perfect led Núria to a state of discomfort that increased until she developed an eating disorder (ED). "There are many things that affect her, such as the normative body that is instilled in you from a very young age. Day by day you feed on these standards, which end up being instilled in you and sometimes you are not even aware of them." In addition to social pressure, there was the academic pressure that she experienced in her family environment.

Núria explains her experience with courage and optimism, and focuses on talking about the issue and asking for help as the first step to regaining emotional well-being and health. "Starting to love yourself is a very long process where you have to learn a lot of things." After her experience, she has learned to face the challenges and challenges of everyday life in a healthier way. "Over the years, I have learned that maybe I do have a weakness, but that we really wouldn't be strong without weaknesses."

She is one of the protagonists of the testimonial video campaign of the BeHenka community, a community of young people promoted by the Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona Maternity and Children's Hospital , Solidaritat Sant Joan de Déu , SOM Salut Mental 360º and Z Zurich Foundation . The young people who star in the campaign explain different experiences with resilience and emotional well-being and talk about situations that have generated discomfort for them such as social pressure on social networks, losses or complex family situations.

She is currently studying nursing, and is satisfied that her testimony can help other young people who are going through similar situations. For Núria, the support of ACAB Catalunya , which works in the field of prevention, awareness-raising and support for affected people and families, was key. She acknowledges that asking for help is a very difficult step, but it is essential. "I always say that I couldn't have done it alone."
